I grew up with an understanding that if you want to become a community leader or a global leader, you have to do great deeds that may not be easy but capable enough to enable others become the best in what they do and how they do it.











Second Community Development Project With The Down Syndrome Foundation Nigeria Surulere Local Government Area


I am a social leader who uses the power of communication and networking to bring together career experts,Health Professionals and Counselors so that collectively we provide capacity building tools and resources relevant for the Educational, Career and Health improvement of people living with disabilities and their caregivers in various local government areas across Lagos state Nigeria. I started this journey after my fellowship with the Young African Leaders Initiative where due to my vision to positively influence my fellow Africans i was nominated for The YALI spirit award 2017 and won the award.

The Vision behind my community development projects is to be the catalyst for other young women like in taking up societal roles in actively engaging, educating and empowering people living with disabilities to be resourceful, entrepreneurial and independent so that together we all can contribute to the community.




I have been able to accomplish my goals of Educational, Career and Health Empowerment through


1. Continuous Awareness That People Living With Disabilities Are Humans First and Have The Right To Be Socially Included Through Early Medical, Educational And Skills Intervention. 

2. Through Regular Community Project Training With The partnership Of Professional Career Experts In Law, Psychology, Public speaking, Psychology, Mass communications, Music, Emotional Intelligence, Behavioral therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Legal Rights, Sports As Well As Health Professionals On HIV and Malaria.

3. Organizing Placements of Internships and Entrepreneurial Programs To Enable Them Engage And Become More Enterprising On The Various Training And Social Impact Granted To The People living With Disabilities And Their Caregivers.



In conclusion, the support and mentorship that I need in achieving my goals through the scholarship derived from Toptal "Empowering the Next Generation of Female Leaders to Change the World" are partnerships to more internships and entrepreneurial institution placements for the people living with disability in my community. More Health professionals and Mentors related to psychology and Occupational Therapy to help engage and provide health treatment to people living with various disabilities involving cerebral palsy, down syndrome, autism, blindness and physically restrained children and adults.lastly, Collaboration from international organizations to enable us carry out largely, more community development training regularly with monitoring and evaluation processes.


Finally, i am confident that my vision in changing my world at large will become a reality once people begin to learn how to accept themselves the way they are and continue to embrace our community development projects in education and health impact to foster growth and prosperity
